2026-27 Winter Schedule Announced

The wait is over! The Fort McMurray Adult Hockey League (FMAHL) is excited to officially unveil the 2026–27 regular season schedule, setting the stage for another exciting year of adult recreational hockey in Fort McMurray.

Opening week features action across all four FMAHL divisions, with longtime rivalries renewed, new matchups created through the league's updated divisional structure, and the first opportunity for teams to begin their pursuit of a league championship.

Thursday, September 10

  • Insite Assassins vs Old Stock – 10:00 PM

Friday, September 11

  • Slappers vs Royals – 10:30 PM
  • Canucks vs Peckers – 9:00 PM
  • Griffins vs Knights – 10:00 PM

Saturday, September 12

  • Kraken Beers vs Fort McKay Braves – 9:15 PM
  • Fur Traders vs Wildcats – 9:45 PM
  • Ravens vs Summit Geo Otters – 9:30 PM

  • C&B Maintenance Storm vs Chipewyan Prairie Wolves – 8:30 PM

A Historic Season

The 2026–27 season marks an exciting new chapter as the league begins its first season under the Fort McMurray Adult Hockey League (FMAHL) name following the rebrand from the McMurray Gentlemen's Hockey League (MGHL).

This season also marks the beginning of an exciting partnership with the Fort McMurray Women's Hockey League (FMWHL).
